First Farmers Market Of The Season!

Yesterday was Margate’s first farmers market of the season and there were so many fresh fruits, vegetables, and local treats! One of our favorites was the heirloom tomato plants our friend Liz Donaghy was selling.

Atlantic City Musical Festival Kicks Off Today!

Dave Matthews Band is the headliner for this years’ Atlantic City Music Festival. The concert is taking place at Bader Field, the former Atlantic City Airport. The three-day festival will showcase 41 other bands for a concert that goes on from Friday to Sunday. Doors open every day at 11 a.m. and performances end at 11 p.m.

Things you need to know:

• Atlantic City Expressway Exit 2 will be closed from 11 a.m.-1 a.m. each day.
• Route 40 will be reduced to one lane each way.
• Parking is available in all casino parking lots and several public lots from $20.
• Jitney fare is $2.25 per person, one way.
• No Parking is permitted on Wellington Avenue in Ventnor.
