In March I told you about another home being transformed in Margate by the premier builder/renovator, Remarkable Renovations. Over the last few months I shared a few of the transition photos as the project progressed.
I am happy to announce that after a mere four months later, 8607 Winchester Avenue in Margate, has been completed and sold to a very happy family.
Since the Buyers made the decision to purchase this home early in the renovation stage, they were able to participate fully in the color and finish selection process and even alter the plans to customize the home to better suit their lifestyle and family's needs.

Wow,
Such a beautiful house that is. Specially the kitchen is looking awesome. I have to rebuild my kitchen in next season. I 'll try to follow that design.
